Discussed in a post about the myriad BS interior rattles. Creating standalone thread to help folks find the fix easier (especially since Ford Dealer Network avoids helping with these issues).
The Rattle (kind of a buzzing sound, at speeds 35+ mph):
The Fix (super glue, but hard to say how long that will hold up):
Buzzing caused by the front rubber seal for the sunroof coming loose. Don't have pic of seal detached, but it is highlighted in pic below. Sunroof glass presses down against the seal which is glued on its side. This effectively pulls it away from the glue/front panel (eventually).
Seal was about 1/3 detached when finally determined it caused the buzzing sound. Perhaps just a bad batch of glue on the day the BS was assembled!
A heartfelt thanks to the Ford Dealer Network that has been of NO HELP in addressing the BS RATTLES.
