Fronts are in. Not a bad job, two hours start to finish, wish I had started sooner so I could do the rear tonight, but I’m doing them in the morning.
Did you take any measurements with just the front?

I honestly don't mind my current height, it is enough for my needs, but I just wanted the rake gone. The more I look at mine though, I am not sure my rake is enough to mess with it. I might change my mind later, but right now it's not bad. I do like the Bilstein kit though. I had them on my 2019 Ranger that had an adjustable collar for the coil over on the front. Very nice. The broken sway bar tab is a concern though. How much did it raise just the front for you guys that have them?
Originally I wanted to just get rid of the rake but I couldnt find the proper spacer at the time. These B8 terrasports arent too radical but definitely more expensive.
Between the lift and the tires the front is up around 2”
My fuel mileage has gotten worse but that is the only negative effect, I cant say what the exact cause is because the suspension and tires were done at the same time.
Before I got this BSBL I had looked at lifts and tires for all the other potential vehicles I was shopping for, most were more complicated even just to put spacers in and I was never planning to go over 2”. All so I wouldnt get stuck in winter lol, if I want to off road in the dirt I will need to drive a few hours to get there so this for one season and I still managed to get stuck.
Im not concerned about the swaybar tabs but now I cant help looking at them lol.

Enjoy
I personally was paranoid about every little clunk and rattle for the first month but I got over it.
When I got the alignment the tech said he couldnt set the camber within ford spec but I never got a readout and he couldn't source camber bolts. I got some from Eibach and stopped by to make sure the tech was familiar using them and he was so I just needed to make an appointment. When I called and explained after being asked the reason for the alignment I was told they would charge an hour for the installation, total would be close to $400. So now after watching multiple videos installing and adjusting camber bolts when it warms up Im going to do them myself.

Mines a bit clunkier, as well. But I carry nothing in the vehicle, so every subtle nuance, I can hear. Even over my exhaust.

I measured mine over the weekend, and I don't know if I have an outlier or what, but I am seeing 1 inch of difference between the front and rear. I wish it was closer to a half of an inch, but I'll take 1 inch.

I've got a stock 2025 Badlands, and I'm in Canada. I got it stuck on a really small snow bank a few weeks ago with the AT3Ws, 235s, so I'm thinking about adding a few inches. I'd be curious how much off-roading you can actually get done with the 1.5" lift and 245s, that I can't do now. I had made it through the fall with the cross contact ATRs no issues but looking for some more confidence. These builds have me curious!

Yours looks good and the feeling of not messing with anything is also good, to each his own. To be honest about my lift and tires, fuel mileage took a small hit, about 1-1.5 mpg combined. The road noise can be louder on different surfaces but mostly its just a different sound than with the original tires. I got caught up watching too many videos lol but Im satisfied, must be an old guy crisis thing.

I have the same rig as you and I'm looking at getting 245s and an HGR 2" lift in the near future.

I got stuck too and the last time I measured I had 10-1/2” at the front skid plate. The snow was hard and crusty with a solid layer of ice at the bottom.
I dug myself out in about 15 minutes though so it wasnt a major stuck.
From watching how hard most people are using these vehicles especially since they are awd suvs, it would seem a lift is the natural fix to get the most from them.
I have been second guessing my 245s whether the extra maybe 1/2” is worth the unsprung weight, Im happy with the suspension lift though.

I have a 1-1/2" lift, and put on 235/70R17 tires. The tires add 1". I've been very pleased about how capable it is off road. We don't get much snow here, but it handles desert washes like a champ.
I think for me, my next thing will be one of the custom roof racks so I can mount recovery boards and maybe a roof top tent? Then lift kit. The recovery boards would have gotten me out of my pickle I think so they're probably the next most important thing for me.
