My noise starting immediately after the new brake pads were installed. Dealer can't duplicate the noise so they won't address it which I understand. Ford has opened a work ticket(?) but so far no resolution.

Its pretty common as others have stated first thing in the morning backing out of the drive way, after that I dont have an issue the rest of the day usually.

You will. That’s the way mine started. Now it does it about 40% of the time no matter what the weather is.
