So the baby shocks are leaking. I’m hoping go upgrade from OEM and noticed the new 2025 comes with a Bilstein upgrade option in the package.

might anyone have spec on the new shocks and if they would fit the 2021 Badlands/First Edition models?

or please chime in if you’ve swapped out to something different.

I checked the Bilstein site, they do have a CUV product line, though no listing for the Bromco Sport as of yet.
On Fords site, the 2025 BS Badlands Sasquatch package lists the Bilsteins as available, but are not listed for the BS Outer Banks with the Sasquatch package.

Currently the only full suspension replacements I have found for the BS come from Rough Country or Flatout.
People that have purchased and installed the Rough Country or Flatout replacements have given positive reviews. The Rough Country price is very competitive for a complete replacement package.
Someone on this site did put together an air ride setup that was pretty sporty, no pun intended.

Im hoping to do just the shocks. I did see several threads re entire suspension swap outs but the First Edition already comes nicely equipped. Figure just replace the shocks with an upgrade since they’re failing.

What I’d like from the Sasquatch package right now is to retrofit the auxiliary switches into my 2024 Badlands.

Me too! I'm also curious how they are getting electricity up there.

Probably pretty easy to run; similar to what Im running now (old pic more toggled now) just installed where sunglass holder is. Someone skilled at retrofit can make anywhere seem custom.

Yeah I want the ford switches. They just need to replace that panel and run the wire harness. I retrofitted my jeep wrangler auxiliary switches two years after I had it built. It will just depend on if Ford will make it available.

As previously mentioned,
I see Bilstein now offers suspension (struts and shocks) for the Sport.
Depending on model, B4 OE replacement struts and B8 TerraSport 1.25" lift struts are available.
B8 TerraSport 1.25" lift shocks are available for the rear.
The products have a limited lifetime warranty.

Tech said they aren't compatible with any other springs than stock. And not compatible with spacers . Wonder if they have their own crews not thread

i would like to see someone use the eibach 1" lift springs on the terasport 1.25" setup.

that would require not being under warranty with bilstein . but if you get around a 2.25 that be cool someone with money wanna test this out

2.25 inch lift would require a full subframe drop kit. I have 2 inches on mine and I'm maxing out the angle that the front suspension control arms can take. they physically bottom out in the bushing housing. On the back though it's easier. I have a rear subframe and trailing arm spacer kit, exhaust hanger extender kit as well as shock extender brackets.
