So this was the F-U email I got from my supervisor escalation (which took them 2 weeks to respond to by the way) asking why people with order dates 1 month plus after me for BL Prem got build dates and I didn't :

Just fed up with @Ford Motor Company at this point - gonna be cancelling my BS., I've had enough aggravation with my big Bronco, don't need it on this one too, total dick move by Ford on this. It was nice knowing you guys.

What was the source email address? I need to talk to marketing, as they are the ones who would have the manufacturer incentives from when I placed my order.
