I ordered one. No emails yet even though dealer said it was entered correctly. I'm gonna call Ford on Friday to see if they can help. Ford chat can't help with email addresses.

I ordered the Heritage non-limited and never received an email either. There a number of people on this forum and even Facebook in the same boat. But we all have our orders confirmed with Ford. Reach out to your dealer and ask to see proof that the order was accepted by Ford.

How can one have a 2023 order confirmed with Ford if Order Banks not yet opened nationally?

So when I called Ford Customer Support today they had all my information. The nice lady told me the dealership forgot to check the box for communication and that is why I never received the original email for my order and the email the my order was scheduled. She turned on the communication so I should start receiving all emails now.

How can one have a 2023 order confirmed with Ford if Order Banks not yet opened nationally?

Because order banks are open. They've been open for the bronco sport. I placed my order back in late August for a heritage limited. It's the full size bronco that is closed currently, not the sport

Ordered Heritage Limited August 12th and no email. Dealer had no updates yesterday. I called Ford a little while ago. They said there was not an email address with our order so I provided one. Ford Rep said it was still a pending order with no build date.

Maybe they are confusing the two broncos but that's kind of scary.

Most likely dealer bozos are confusing it with big bronco which can't be ordered right now. Sport order banks been open for a while and someone in another thread said they got scheduled for production for a '23 already.

So yeah sounds like dealer bozos to me.
