For those that are considering adding the cargo management system that had not ordered it from the factory, here are the part numbers and prices. (These prices are for the quarter panels that include the rear 110 power converter and for vehicles with the upgraded 10 speaker system)

LH Trim part# M1PZ-7831013-BA $487.97
RHTrim part# M1PZ-7831012-BA $481.52
CMS Table part# M1PZ-7813046-GA
$1,042.47

For reference, adding it when ordering is a $110 option.

Currently, the cost to add later multiples by 20 (minus labor).

In order to add the CMS later on, you will need to order the LH (part# M1PZ-7831013-BA) and RH (part# M1PZ-7831012-BA) panels, as well as the actual cargo management system itself (part# M1PZ-7813046-GA).

Thanks to @jmannin3, I have updated my original post to now include the the appropriate prefix and suffix of the part numbers as well as the price and part number for the Cargo Management System Table.

Also, those are base part numbers. They are missing the 4 character Bronco sport prefix and the 2 digit suffix. Hopefully, once Tasca or another parts dealer adds Bronco sport, we can get complete part numbers.

prefix M1PZ is on a few Bronco sport parts. Rightnow it's just on its tow hitch and the cross bars

We have a 2012 Escape and it has the retractable "shelf". We liked it so well that when we ordered our Sport BL/BL we added the cargo management system.

I doubt that pricing will remain like that. The pricing for parts that have been found so far has been ridiculously high (stock 17" Big Bend wheel for $750??) - I think the pricing is that way just because of supply/demand with the backlog of these vehicles.

Give it some time and these prices will level out for sure.

I'd even go so far as to say down the road the popularity of this vehicle will spark aftermarket options that will likely be more affordable/in line with aftermarket items. I don't see the CMS as a big resale/trade in option. I ordered one simply because I liked the divider/table feature. I'd think it's a simple piece to replicate. Give it another year and I would guess companies will have options.

So it’s close to 1,000 bucks for the Cargo Management System?! What
Yes, only if you are trying to add it on later and not in your initial order. As others have stated, the prices will probably go down in the future, but you still have to add in labor cost if you don’t do it yourself.

Honestly for that much money, just get a trailer hitch table or a tire table and maybe a cargo organizer. If you really want a shelf, either wait for an aftermarket (Jeep has ones that hold 300lbs) or rig up some kind of rail on the existing panels and make a plywood shelf.

OR....simply order it when you order the vehicle and save a bunch of $ compared to most alternatives.

oh agreed $500 is a descent chunk of change...but three times that cost, might have been worth it. Opinions everywhere. I hope it turns out better. The suggestion to simply have them paint it black might be the best ultimate outcome.

well I didn’t order mine... it was on the lot when my explorer broke and I was ready for a trade in.

Yeah I think a lot of people at this point are taking whatever they can...I think an alternative is coming. Just looking at aftermarket privacy screens for the edge and escape it will be available.
