For anybody who is running 245s on the factory offset 17s, does the outmost tread extend outside the fender well? I'm not planning on changing my wheels, I really like the base model's, but I don't want to throw gravel all over my own car.

Let me know, please and thank you!

If it does, I am figuring that it can't be that much, the 245's are only 0.7" wider across than the factory 225's. Divide by 2 and only 0.35" wider sticking out. If concerned, get the splash guards. Likely what I will do with my BB when I get it.

Here’s my base with the 245’s. They really don’t stick out much at all. This isn’t a great side angle, but hopefully this helps.

It does, actually. Most of what I've seen have been tires with more aggressive edges, this eases my mind. I don't want to add mudflaps because of the drilling involved, and the Wildpeak trails I'm using have a more subdued edge. Between your example and the tire size comparison diagram I think I'll be ok.

Thank you both!

...and even less of a difference from the 235's (BL option) that are installed without any wheel or fender modification needed.

yep... 0.3" total width difference, divided by two is 0.15" wider on the outside over the 235's.

True, but mine is a Base, with the 4wp leveling kit forthcoming.

Your BS base body is the exact same width as the BL and other BS models.

True, the track width doesn't change. It's nice to have one's mind eased. I really dig this little trucklet.
