Just posting for reference. I haven't notice any increased road noise compared to the stock Continentals. I wasn’t planning on new tires so soon (110 miles on BS) but already ran into some sliding at stop signs due to the Colorado snow. I knew I wanted the Wildpeak A/T3W's but was torn between stock size and 245’s. I feel the 235’s are a happy medium between looks, functionality and mpg. 235's were also the cheapest size! I included a receipt from Discount Tire to show about the price to pay for such tires with warranty and installation.

You got a good deal, I priced them out here in California and it was a little over $900 with the tire protection.

Nice discounts too! I also went with the same tire in the same size just for the fact that I could fit a full sized spare in the back. 235/65/17 fits perfectly in there and only raises the floor to the top adjustment level.

I got the Wildpeaks as a factory option. I live in the Midwest, and yesterday was the first day I really needed to be out in bad weather. I am completely blown away at how well this car behaves on ice and snow. I left the GOAT set to NORMAL and tried to get the car to slip up (heh), but the most it would do is a very mild drift in a turn under power. I floored it going up a rather steep & slick hill and the car bounded forward almost like it was on dry pavement.

I know the "Intelligent 4WD" system is capable, but I think its stellar snow and ice performance owes a great deal to the tires.

Man, I really love white on these. How's the wind noise with the Lock n' load rack? I have my eye on one
It is the Front Runner. No noise at all....I love it! I got the rack and a few Wolf Pack boxes, and the Snowboard carrier.

My BL came with those tires and I liked them. Spent a month in CO and drove forest roads and trails every day. A great all around tire. I replaced mine with 245 KO2s because I wanted a more aggressive tread for off road. Doesn't mean I don't recommend the AT3s. I think 235's are a great choice for the 1.5L. I'd choose 245s for a BL. Bought the KO2s at our local Discount Tire. Never been there that I didn't get great service.

I got those on my BL as well. Seem to be ok and I paid just a hair less than you.

Are these the same tires that you could order on the ford website earlier this year when placing your order? My order contained the exact same tires when I placed the order, but when I look at the website now, they just list the tires as an A/T tire. I could've swore they specifically said Faulken WP A/T Tire before, they removed the Faulken wording now. Maby a supply chain issue now for the Faulken tires coming for the 2023 models. 😅

This was what was on my order.

I got a hell of a deal if these are the same tire. Especially if my full size tire is also the same Falken WP tire.

No. The OEM ones are Wildpeak A/T Trail, not Wildpeak AT3W.

Still should be. The Wildpeak A/T Trail seems to be the better OVERALL tire (on and off-road) whereas the AT3W seems to be focused more on off-road ventures.

Currently the AT3W is $184, while the A/T Trail is $191. Funny enough, when I was getting my AT3s installed they made a mistake and installed one AT3 and three A/T Trails.

For the sake of simplicity, I told them if they found it easier to just exchange the one AT3 with an A/T Trail and call it a day. I've heard good enough reviews on both that I wouldn't have minded either way.
