Everyone I upgraded stock tires to 235/65/17 and couldn’t be more happy. No level or lift needed. Stock wheels. Driven 200 miles now and no rubbing, even at full rotation and on some light trails. If you are on the fence between lift or no lift, I’d say hold off on the lift from rough country since they have been causing a lot of issues. These tires have NOT effected my gas mileage in any way and definitely makes the BB look 1000 times better. What do you think?

Nice look. I believe with the fake steelies - the off-road tires that come with them are of this size.

My stock 225's are doing really well and look just ok.
I measured and looked, the 235 will better line up the tire treads edge and the edge of my stock rims on my base model.
Looking at my tires from the front I think another 10 mm will be perfectomundo...
And that Geolander is my pick as I've already got them on my 2004 escape.
Quiet,
No MPG loss,
Handle great,
Smooth on the crack seals...

it's still a Ford recommended tire size, 225 or 235 (maybe dealership will recalibrate it, I’ll get the response very quickly from my local store) 245 will change the speedometer drastically.
But looks sick ??

The 225 are standard. Ford also speced the Falken AT 235 as an option upgrade. They were one of my want items and like many, no issues at all. Some have gone the 245 route no lift and had no issues. I'm guessing 245 is max without other mods.

You're original post was May 9. Are you still happy with your new tires? I ask because it's about time for me to start looking for some winter shoes. Thanks very much!

Upgrading to 245's does not drastically change speedometer numbers.

I'm at 10,000 miles now, getting my second oil change next week.
My stock Continentals are doing just fine so I will run them through this winter and replace with
the Geo's next summer.

Not exactly "drastic". At 70 mph your actual speed is 72.51. At 35 mph your actual speed is 36.26.
