I was wondering if anyone installed a steel front bumper or something custom?
I did a few google searches and I can not find any.
If you did post some pictures or links where you bought it.

Replacing the bumper on a unibody vehicle can be problematic. The factory bumper is meant to collapse such that impact forces are transferred to the unibody in specific ways. The entire structure is supposed to crumple around the occupants without transferring any impact forces to the cabin. Additionally, the front fascia/bumper on the Bronco Sport hides a few critical components like the powertrain control module (PCM). The only front bumper replacement job I'm aware of required moving the PCM. Obviously, not a job for the fainthearted.
