2023 Bronco Sport to 2025 Digital Instrument Cluster Swap (Without Replacing SYNC)?

Is it possible to replace the semi-digital instrument cluster on a 2023 Bronco Sport with the fully digital 2025 cluster without replacing the SYNC system?
Has anyone done this retrofit? I'm mainly wondering if it's plug-and-play, or if it requires additional modules, programming, or wiring changes.

I have the cluster from a 2025 Bronco Sport and another cluster from a Ford Escape in my garage. I just haven't taken the vehicle apart yet to try and see if it fits and if it can be programmed to work properly. It's extremely hot and humid where I live this time a year, so I was waiting for the weather to cool down a bit before taking the project on. I am 99% confident that it can be prgrammed to work. If you decide to decide to try it, please lmk how it goes. Keep in mind you will need to buy an IPC that has less miles than what your vehicle has. FORScan can roll miles forward, but not backwards.
