Hey all , just joined up and thought I would give you a quick rundown of the BS as it stands today.

I’m debating taking the rear spacer lift off to level the BS I was able to keep the front factory tow-hooks and paint them.
the tires do not rub but there are close at full lock.

Looks good. I thought the RC nudge bar wasn’t compatible with the Badlands. Also, is the offset of your Fifteen52 wheels the same as stock?

Edit: saw your other posting showing how you notched out the support bracket on the RC nudge bar.

The fifteen52’s are 38mm the stock wheels were 37.5 so close enough!

Yes as they ship today, the nudge bar brackets are built in a way you would have to remove the tow hooks. I just trimmed/notched the RC brackets to allow the tow hooks to stay.
being that the nudge bar is essentially cosmetic I saw no real risk in notching the bracket.

I like the fix for the recovery points!!! I guess when my CFO (wife) decides I can spend more money I may have another project.

Getting my BS picked up (BL) today with the HRG lift and new tires (245/65r17). Didn't go full 70s as the pro-shop has tried before and got rubbing on full flex. The trails here WILL fully flex the suspension for sure. But MAN those 70s look hot.

Got my LocknLoad on the way with awning too.... So I spent enough $$ for now in her mind (and mine too). Priorities

Looking good! Considered those wheels as an option for ours, would’ve been glad I went with those as well, might go with those down the line.

BTW, not only does that validate the wheel color I’m planning on but the specs of that wheel also match the ones I found, so that validates that they will fit (width and offset). Thanks again!

Any rubbing while off road or full articulation? Looks great.

Did you prepare the tow hooks before you painted them? What kind of paint did you use?

Wow... exactly what I'm looking to do to my BL... in same color as yours. My biggest concern is whether or not adding a lift "will" violate my Ford warranty... I purchased an extended Ford-Premium (not 3rd party extended warranty) and worried adding any lift would violate that. Do you or any others here know...

If you were to have a suspension component or CV joint/axle issue, it is possible (maybe even likely) that the warranty claim would be denied. Could depend on the dealer you took it to for that claim and if they reported that you had it lifted. Any/all other items would be covered by the warranty. A modification does not void the entire warranty but they can claim that something you changed caused the failure.
