I had my water pump replace in March 2024 under warranty. Now in May 2025 it needs replaced yet again. They will not cover under warranty as it is past the 12 months from last replacement and I have 66K miles. First of all a water pump should last for at least 100K miles and secondly if this is a repeat failure why is Ford not covering the cost, failure within 12 months less than 20K miles, is performance failure on the part.!!!!! How do we go about getting this replaced under warranty?

You are out of warranty so you’ll have to negotiate with Ford…

See this:

Also the owner later posted a 50:50 split in cost was negotiated (but remember Ford itself doesn’t pay full price like your price is so it’s not really a 50:50 split in that case)

Repeated info posted:
since you are out of warranty it is advisable to contact (1) your service department, (2) your regional service manager (you can get the name of that person from your dealership service department) and (3) Ford Customer Service. Contacting all 3 and asking for either full compensation for the repairs or at least 50:50 cost sharing might work in your favor.
