Whenever I turn off my Bronco Sport Badlands, there is this "clanking" noise that sounds like it is coming from underneath the front driver's side. This may be normal, but any opinions are welcome

So I just found out that my brand new BS Badlands with premium package and basically every option available does NOT have built in navigation/map with the touch screen (because of chip shortgage), and according to my dealer was built in a way that even when they finally have the chips available...

I just picked up my Bronco Sport Badlands today, and there are 2 problems that I need to get addressed: The rubberized floor below the front passenger door is extremely wrinkled (see pics attached). Secondly the speaker in that same door buzzes/rattles at too many times when listening the radio...
