With several comments on how the Sport looks similar in size to the 2012 and earlier Escapes......
..... can one of our expert Photoshop\Rendering folks take a earlier Escape and the Sport and do a comparison?
I personally don't see a need for a 2WD only Sport.
If someone wants 2WD, that can just get a Escape...... (again, IMHO)
I'm "thinking" an AWD similar to what's in the Focus RA might be the way to go.
What are your thoughts?
My 2007 Mercury Mariner is factory rated for a Max of 3501 LBS., so for me, that's my minimum for the Sport.
Just for a reference... the Honda Pilot & Passport AWD's are rated for 5000 LBS., so to be competitive with what I "think" will be a similar sized competitor, hopefully the Sport will...
