    Waiting room

With whom is your complaint? There are no cars on any dealer lots. You can't even order a new Toyota or Honda in Michigan, and there are none on the lots. You can shake your fist at Ford, but you are really just dealing with a temporary, world-wide shortage. If you really need a car you might...

    Big Bend v Outer Banks

I think adaptive cruise comes with the 360+ option in any package.

    Anyone pulling camper?

You can tow many things under 2,000 pounds, Fishing boats, utility trailers, pop-ups, jet skis.

    Anyone pulling camper?

I had a Coleman Toas. Slept 4 easily, 900lbs empty, but no bathroom. There's lots of pop-ups that are light enough, you can stow that much gear in a pop-up bit the BS should be big enough to hold all your gear. I pulled it with a Saturn SL (1500lbs max tow), all the gear for a family of 4 with...

    Waiting room

For what it's worth. I think the dealer is a big factor. I ordered my OB on June 4, 2021. I sat with my salesman as he entered the order in the ford system. He entered my email right on the form. When I got home there was already an email from ford with the order summary. This morning, June...

Ordering Sunday- what do I expect?

It really depends on what you order. Moonroofs seems to be a major delay

Ford ESP: Good choice or Boondoggle?

I usually keep my cars well over 100,000 miles and many years. And since the BS is a new model, I'm thinking about going with the mac daddy of ESP warranties, the 7 year/150,000miles. I have questions: 1. Has anyone used the ESP warranties? What is your experience with covering repairs? I have...

    Big Bend v Outer Banks

There is no denying that the 17" wheels offer many more choices for tires. I do agree the 17" wheels are just fine. I would not go with the OB for the wheels. But I like them a little better than the BB wheels. I'm rarely impressed with any OEM wheels. I've always wondered why so many OEM...

Introducing the Ford Maverick Pickup! Featuring Standard Hybrid, 40MPG City, Under $20k Starting Price

I really thought about switching to one of these. There are a few things holding me back. 1. Very ugly, especially compared to the Bronco Sport's legendary beauty. 2. Weird option packages - no leather, the Lariat has synthetic leather, only in brown if you want AWD. 3. I had a Maverick in...

    Big Bend v Outer Banks

I've updated the list. Is the reverse sensing system even needed with a back-up camera? I'll bet that becomes obsolete in time.

    Big Bend v Outer Banks

I had originally ordered a Big Bend, and I have recently changed to an Outer Banks, because I realized there are many upgrrades offered in the Outer Banks. It seems that there is more to it than just leather seats, some more meaningful than others. Cosmetic Body Color Door handles (black on...

    Waiting room

I don't think that's fair. There are supply shortages and hold-ups everywhere. Go to Walmart Sunday in the evening the shelves are empty. I think Ford is just being as upfront as they can be given the supply chain issues, and all of these issues come from covid. Unless you desperately need a...

    Waiting room

I'm cutting in line at the waiting room. The Big Bend that I originally ordered is still in Ford Purgatory. This weekend I saw a Cactus Grey OB with the blue leather parked in Indy and really liked it. I did some checking and found one that is built and already shipped, but not here yet. The...

    shattered moonroof

That was a defect in the glass. Moon roofs are tempered. When tempered glass breaks it should blast into a million little square pieces. That glass was improperly tempered and should be replaced by Ford.

Edmund's picks Subaru Forester over Bronco Sport

I don't know about the Forester, but I had a Crosstrek and it was excellent in the snow. Many other reasons I didn't like it, but it handled Traverse City snow like a champ.

Edmund's picks Subaru Forester over Bronco Sport

The overly simplified review, completely ignores the tech advantage of the Bronco sport. Subarus interface for all of the apps and smartphone is terrible. To call it a tie is ridiculous. They also give points to the Subaru for having navigation. Apparently this reviewer or didn't get the memo...
