OMG it was this! Just now when I was parking and getting out, I heard the annoying ding again but then looked down at my headlight dial and I had turned it off auto! So that explains it, thank you for the insight!

I believe auto headlamps, I don't ever mess with the headlamp dial though, just to turn auto-brights off. Also, I turn off the auto start/stop every time I get into the car.

My issue is a bit different than that thread. I don't hear any honking, just the dinging sometimes when I open my driver door after putting it in park. Not a huge issue though lol, just strange.

Yes this is normal and I believe they all do that. The hood is flat enough to where water pools against the bumps in the hood and slides down hood when coming to a stop then flicks the water back onto windshield haha its fun to watch.

Yes I did it myself, it's kinda easy to apply if you take your time, they also send you a few extra pieces in case you mess up. And the kit comes as separate pieces and you place 5 stickers on each wheel to cover all the chrome. I recommend this because it's far cheaper than going to a shop and...

I put these vinyl stickers on my rims, it was a tedious job but well worth the aesthetic pleasure of taking out the chrome.

my 2023 outerbanks has a brown discoloration on the tire sidewall. It's definitely from the antioxidant blooming to the surface. I'll have to get new tires eventually so I'll just wear these stock ones out first.

Before and after putting on the vinyl stickers. Definitely messed up in some spots but hey they were $40 and still look a lot better than the chrome.
