Like when they stopped making Neons? Neon production stopped right before gas prices doubled when demand for small cars spiked. And Neons were very well built reliable they sold a lot of them. I bought new SRT4 drove 11 years and now my son owns it. At 110k miles still tight and very fast too.
Yeah get rid of it. I recommend carcomplaints.com before buying anything. Toyota and Honda have their share of issues do not assume those brands are infallible they both have lots of lemon models/years.

Per Ford ALL '23s are eligible. Only the '21 and '22s are limited to Badlands and First Edition. Sounds like dealer not aware:

Mine had a faint rattle on lite throttle sounded like coming out of driver side AC vent. Swapped in new revised Manual Park Release cable noise is gone. Ford has revised that cable twice during 2022 to solve the noise issue.
Not one single other issue with mine love it so far. But yeah some...
I had to do a lot of modifications to the factory manual disc brakes on my '69 Barracuda to get adequate stopping power. As it came from the factory it took two feet on brake pedal to get it to just slow down..
