The wife is getting really talented, but she's a little more timid when it comes to newer vehicles, LOL!! In her 02 Explorer (she calls Dora...the explorer)on 33's she's a little more aggressive.
So...everyone else was on 35's or bigger and even a newer toyota on 31's turned around. I got skid plates on everything so I told the wife to "let it eat" but she's a bit more cautious than me. LOL!!!
Enjoy the water fording as well!
Here's a Canadian one on a fellow wheelers jeep, can't find the pic of the one on her bronco sport but its a simple "May run 2023" that all of us on the May 24 mud run got.
When I get the video done you'll see it in that. (it's cyber orange too made specifically for us, lol)
Yeah Iām thinking of giving it a full inspection now that weāre home. Wife took it to work today so all it got was a car wash on the way home. 5hrs there, two days of mud, drove 5hrs home.šš»
No issues.
Great story, love seeing others out actually off roading too. Iāve posted some pictures in the āsnorkelā thread, but weāve been above the front bumper in water/mud and got the camera wet!
Well, I was the only one not on 35ās or bigger and only one of a couple of newer vehicles. One guy had a stock Toyota 1/4 ton with 31ās and turned aroundšš
Donāt notice the difference too much on the rocky stuff, just have to go slow and pick your way. The mud and water? Itās either go through...
Not sure if you can see the dents in the skid plate I made, but she bellied out, all four wheels spinning on a rock ledge and no damage to vehicle!šš»
Thanks! Not sure but I think itās set up that way now. I think itās because Iām on data and Iām trying to load it from my phone. Wait, just thought, I can make a quick iPhone video and post thatā¦
