That is a point I forgot to make earlier. The glass works the same as always. The gate itself changed.

It seems a crazy coincidence more than one had the sudden change. It started last week for me. I didn't create a post about because I thought I was crazy. I'm a dog trainer so I use the liftgate 10+ times a day.

Same issue here. Have had the BS since end of December, never had to press the unlock button for the liftgate. Now I do. I assumed they pushed out an over the air update or something.

Not the rear doors. Sensors are on front doors and liftgate.

My first pick was Area 51. Cactus Grey was my second. I most certainly would of taken CG if it was available first.

Happy for you! Enjoy it. That's how I know I made the correct pick. Every other vehicle looks so boring to me. I was really impressed with the XC40 as well. Such a well made vehicle.

I traded in a 2017 Escape, the seats are shorter than those. The Cherokee was 5th on my list. If it was a close 1/2, probably would of went Cherokee. Not a bad value. Great deals to be had. The BS was such a strong number 1 for me, anything else would of left me regretting.

I agree that the seats in the BS are noticably shorter.

I just passed 3,000 miles in my FE. I absolutely love it. One minor complaint I have is that the moonroof doesn't open as much as it seems it should. It's more than half open. Closer to 55% open.

No desire to drive 120 mph with the glass up. But it would be nice for Bonaparte around town.

I have my eye on the grey steelies they offer.
