Plugs should last longer. If the injectors are letting in too much gas the plugs can get fouled prematurely. Did the engine have a miss? What drive mode do you use?

My son has a 24. Just had his replaced mid Feb at 9k miles. Make sure they flush the system. There is a new version of the water pump too. Made appointment and they fixed in a day along with oil change.

The recall is still active. Ford expects to notify customers again in July 2026.

Which mode are you using. Sport will use a little more than normal.

regarding your missing points you can go to rewards in the Ford mobile app under the account icon. Go to self help/missing points. Enter the required info. Btw did you activate the vehicle to the Ford mobile app
