I think I paid $2500 for the extended warranty on the RAM and never used it. But I think I'll have to purchase an extended warranty for the BS. I'm too old to work on my own vehicles anymore plus you need a computer degree to figure anything out.

When I bought my RAM, I paid 55,353 dollars in 2015 the sticker price was over $68,000. 9 years later I traded straight across for the 2024 BSOB. Which was over $37,000 so not too bad. I still wish I would have kept the RAM.

I had a 2015 ram Cummins 4X4 Laramie that was more comfortable than my 2024 Outer banks and quieter even with the mud tires.

On the turbocharged airplanes I worked on and flew the owner's manual gave a 5-minute cool down cycle. I never waited the 5 minutes as I counted downwind, base and final along with taxi time for the cool down cycle, which usually was more than 5 minutes. Same with driving semi's, driving through...

The road noise was the first thing I noticed in my 2024 BSOB, louder than my 2015 Ram diesel 2500 4x4. I don't notice wind noise though. I know it doesn't climb worth a shit with the factory Michelin tires. I really like it though, but I miss my RAM it only had 37000 miles on it.

They don't bother me a bit.

When I got my Outer Banks the tire pressure was like 45 psi. Made it handle funny. I do like the lane assist feature.

Once you get away from the CO. River trees disappear fast even quite a few small trees, trees by the river are very small. The town of Moab Has a few small trees as well. Southeast Utah as a desert and does not resemble any part of northern CA. Trinidad is just a few miles from Big Lagoon...

Mine came from the factory and they didn't release some of the pressure. Took it to a different Ford dealer and they lowered the pressure to 33.

I just had the trim piece behind the rear view mirror replaced last week took several weeks to convince them it wouldn't stay locked up against the roof. Replaced under warranty.

I keep the key FOB in my pocket. I like just walking up to the car and grabbing the door handle and going. I had an 87 Thunderbird that had the keyless entry, and I did not care for it.
