The work order mentions torque converter shudder. How has the vehicle been in the highway? Have you experienced the tachometer jumping around 100 rpm every second when driving at highway speeds?

Good to hear you now have a solution. I am sure many others are experiencing the same torque converter shudder, but are not aware of what is causing the symptoms.
I am now due for a drain and refill and will add a new tube of Lubegard Instant Shudder Fixx with the new ULV ATF fluid.

There are 3 engine/transmission mounts on the BS. 1.5L or 2.0L both have 3 mounts. Driver side, passenger side and lower side.
The lower side mount is the one that will usually go bad. This is not that difficult to replace.

Are you doing a drain and fill? You will only get around 4-1/2 quarts out. Add 1 quart of Lubegard Platinum and enough Motorcraft ULV ATF to drain out the leveling plug.
The 8F35 transmission should not be flushed. A drain and fill is recommended.
Have you had the transmission serviced before?
Were you having any issues with the transmission before being flushed?

I now have 151,000 miles. For the last week the shudder has come back.
I purchased another tube of Lubegard Instant Shudder Fixx. 15 minutes later and the shudder is totally gone.
