    Yes, I had the same thing. I agree it is the air intake box. I put a cold air intake on mine and put a grommet in the front hole to stop it from vibrating and that all goes away then.

    I have a 2023 Outer Banks and I took it to the dealer. It has 67,000 miles on and they changed the rear differential oil and added an additive to it which is supposed to take care of any issue dealing with the chattering and I also put a performance chip in and that took care of the chattering...

    I have the same rattle on my 2023 bronco sport 1.5l outer banks Went to dealer couldn’t find anything lose, I’m replacing muffler with a flowmaster muffler. having a custom muffler shop do the work lots cheaper than dealer
