Check out the Ronin oil drain plug. It makes my oil changes not messy and a lot easier.

I wish I could trade mine for a Honda Ridgeline. My 2007 Ford Ranger just worked, I traded it in for a 2023 Bronco Sport Big Bend and I've had a lot of problems and spent a bunch of money to keep it running. I would go elsewhere if I where you/

Yep nothing but problems. I've had to pay for a water pump $1220 and a transmission $6500. Now I'm at ford for another water pump and a catalytic converter $1200. I just wonder what else this thing that I paid $40K for will throw at me. I love driving it when it works.

Beating a dead horse. Pardon the pun. But the Ronin drain plug has made my oil changes easy and with no mess. I posted how much I like the Ronin compared to the horrible plug it came with.

I would clean off the oil from everywhere you can and then look at it with it running.

Ronin makes an awesome engine oil drain plug for the 1.5L Bronco Sport. It's like 60 bucks but totally worth the time cleaning up the mess that these dumb plugs they ship with.

My Bronco Sport has about 71,000 miles on it. Would the recall have a limitation on milage? I know that's probably a dumb question but if Ford wants me to pay some crazy price I might just get one from Advance Auto and put it in myself and follow the simple reset procedure.

The battery maintainer is less than a year old and doesn't give any faults. My wife thinks that two weeks is too long to have it on my battery.

The dealer says my battery may be faulty. Does anyone think these issues could be a bad battery? I've been using a battery maintainer for the two weeks that it sets between long drives. Could I have damaged my battery doing this?
