    M12 x 1.5 are the diameter and thread pitch of the studs. The nuts are 19mm.

    108mm comes to ~ 4.25in and 4.5in comes to ~114mm. 1st gen Escapes used the 114mm pattern, among others. No idea on the offset thing.
