It was still under the 5yr/60k mile powertrain warranty, but if this is going bad at 27k miles I said I better pass. Not a full believe in Fords automatic transmission as well with these cars, hence the 7MT with the new Bronco.
My 2022 Bronco Sport Badlands lease is up. I was going to buy it at the end of the lease. However, my PTU is making a ton of noise at 27k miles and I didn't want to mess with this after warranty. I am moving on to a Full Size Bronco Badlands 2dr with 7spd manual. I am looking forward to it.
Yes it runs on 87 but its not optimum. The HP rating Ford issues is with 93, in parts you can only 91 you are already behind the 8 ball. This has been debated to death, and the Ecoboost likes the premium.
Not bad for just 20yrs. old. However, when in reverse it doesn't have the guide lines. Its just a base Badlands, I was wondering maybe it needed a package or something. He was going to get a 2025 Big Bend but Ford had such a good deal on left over 2024s we went with the Badlands. Any help...
I am considering it, but I feel I will never ever use the full capabilities of the Bronco. The BS BL I currently have is more than capable enough to be in my current bandwith. Not to mention on road performance is so much worse than a BS BL with its 2.0L engine.
