Ford didn't offer a specific OEM nudge bar directly from the factory, but there are some third party options like rough country:
Nudge Bar Ford Bronco Sport 4WD (2021-2024)
there are some caveats, though (from rough country)
Does NOT work with vehicles equipped with factory tow hooks...
Do your tow hooks have a hole at the top that is about 7/8” diameter? The nudge bar I removed had bushings, or inserts if you want to call them that, about 7/8” diameter, that went through the holes on the recovery point block.
So it's a little more complicated than the front bumper. The bolts on the bottom, below the shackles, go through a collar that is reverse threaded into the metal bumper. The bronco bolt is pushed through this collar before going into the threaded hole. When you unscrew, you reach a point where...
Yes. After I removed all the bolts, I put one bolt back in on the top on the left about half way out and that held the bumper while I reached in on the right and removed the sensor from its round holder.
Then I put a bolt halfway in on the right, removed the one on the left, and removed the...
okay, I took my rear bumper insert off. All the bronco bolts came off with no issue except for the two underneath on either side of the license plate. They go through plastic and pretty much just spun in place. You have to use your fingers on one hand to lightly pull on the washer while you...
I washed it down and scuffed it up with the maroon scotchbrite pad, about 200-400 grit, I believe. Then I washed it again and wiped it down with rubbing alcohol. Then I primed it with two coats of Rust-Oleum Universal Bonding Primer. I let it dry for a about a week, then lightly hit it with the...
This is a big bend with black diamond package, without sensors. I was able to totally remove and prime and paint. Eventually I will have everything stripped and powder coated. I have not done the rear yet, been sick. There are sensors in the rear insert. If you want, I’l let you know how it...
I got rid of nudge bar and painted the shiny silver stuff a charcoal gray. I think the bumper inserts and tiedowns look a lot better toned down.

Yes, you have it right. The two bolts in yellow hold the unit in place they thread through the bracket, and their ends are visible
You are right. The two bolts in yellow thread through the green bracket and come out near the door hinge. I don't know if the hinge assemblies are the same and if...
If you lift the hood of a 2025, you will see some padding right at the firewall. Pull it back and you will see two bolts. Remove them and the whole unit just slides out. Very easy to do. I don't know if earlier models have the threaded bolt holes though.
