  1. Thinking about trading in.

Going on 40K miles on our '21 OB. Still good so far. But, if I could afford it I would trade it in on a Raptor Bronco. Have to win the lottery first.
  2. Anyone else?

Yes, I too have done that in the past. Keys in pocket and remote bumps against steering wheel when I get in. Keep in mind I am 6'4" 280lbs I need more room than Broncy affords me. What the heck it is the wife's car and she loves it.
  3. Missing digital speedometer display option

I think it goes out when you turn on the lane assist feature. That little button on the end of your turn signal handle.
  4. Daytime Running Lights

Sounds to me like those inspectors simply do not want to approve your vehicle for more personal reasons that legit legal reasons.
  5. Dealer offering me to trade up to a 2025 Bronco Sport

Bucko, I am getting offers for my 2021 OB of over $20,000. It has 40,000 miles on it. I did buy the extended warranty through my local Ford dealer. Seems like a reasonable offer. Now if he could find me a good used Bronco Raptor I just might consider it.
  6. Auto dimming headlights

My guess is that they probably are adjustable.
  7. Auto dimming headlights

I like the feature. Large reflective road signs will trigger them to low beam but that does not bother me. I would like this feature on my Jeep as well.
  8. 2024 Big Bend 1.5—I don’t think it’s slow…

I agree with you. We have the OB with the 1.5 and I am quite satisfied. With the hill hold feature I am the first one away from the light every time. In my hot rod days I had fast cars and enjoyed them too. We did not buy this to be any kind of hot rod. It suits our purpose very well and...
  9. Should I Go With Factory/OEM Windshield Replacement or Aftermarket?

I asked my local Ford dealer about the windshield on our Outer Banks. The service rep told me that they do not do replacements in their shop so I need to call an outside vendor.
  10. So What Did You Learn to Drive In?

A 1952 Hudson Hornet on farm dirt roads. And then moved up to tractors and International trucks. I was 10 yrs old.
  11. The "Two Bronco Problem"

Ask for a two for one deal
  12. Bronco = stuck up

My wife & I always wave at Broncos. Most wave back. Some probably just don's look at other cars. One guy in an old school Bronco was snobbish. But he probably is about everything.
  13. Ford extended warranty

I purchased the car new Aug of 2021. Not at the same dealership. It is a single owner used car with no damage history. The factory new warranty was about to expire on the 36 month term with 1 month left and 1,000 miles left. If I had let that warranty expire the deal would have been different...
  14. Ford extended warranty

The terms of my service contract is that it adds 72 months and or 100,000 miles to my existing mileage. It does not terminate at 100,000 miles. Since I had 35,000 miles on the car at time of signing the contract goes out to 135,000 miles and or contract date of July 2030. As stated...
  15. Ford extended warranty

    I paid $3800
  16. Ford extended warranty

I did buy the extended warranty from my local Ford dealer and it was just before the 3 year time had expired to get a better price. I told the salesperson that I would bring the car back to this dealer for service and I got an extra discount. This is my first time with an extended warranty but...
  17. Powertrain warranty question

I just had mine repaired on our OuterBanks. It was covered and there was no charge for the service call. I had to wait for parts and a service opening but all went well. I was just under the 3 year, 36,000 mile coverage by 3 weeks and 3,000 miles. I did buy an extended warranty through the...
  18. 245/55/R18 Tires

I have 255 55 R18 on my Outer Banks with no fit problem at all. It is a close fit, but it fits.

    Yeah, I want one too
