I wonder why the app doesn’t update automatically for me. I have my settings on my iPhone set to auto update all of my apps. The Ford Pass app is the only one that doesnt for me.

Thankfully my 2023 OBX had this on it. I admire you for trying this. I think I would be a little intinidated taking the door completely apart like the video shows. And I think I would be so concerned I would create new rattles that I wouldn’t find the courage to try doing this!

I just realized that link was to a Mach E forum. I bet that feature is only available on Mach E’s.

Thanks, but I’m still not seeing anyplace in the FordPass App to schedule a trip. I see where I can schedule a remote start but not a trip. No biggie, I imagine I would not plan a trip in the app even if I could find how to do it since I use Apple Maps anyway. I was just curious.

And I don’t see any feature in the app to schedule a trip. What am I missing?

Agree. That’s not an intuitive location. I would have expected settings to take me into the various settings options we can get into on the infotainment screen itself when in the vehicle.

I don’t have it on my BS nor on my Maverick. But I think he said that it only shows up if there’s a software update available.

I just downloaded and am installing now. This is my second free map update on my 23 BS OB. I downloaded the 22 update last August after I bought my BS (strangely it didn’t already have the most up to date map at that time) and now the 23 update.

As I have the puck, I ordered it already. Looking fwd to review it. Will be anxiously awaiting your write up once you get it and try switching out the puck

I have this adapter and have been pleased with it in my BS OB. It performs better in it vs how it performed in my old Honda Ridgeline. I also like this one because it is not a dongle, it is just a USB stick so it takes up less space...

If anyone is looking for an iPhone 13 Pro Max case that works with the wireless charger in our BS’s I found this one on Amazon. The back of it is nearly perfectly flat so it maintains good contact with the charger. So far using this case I have not had a problem at all with my phone continually...

Actually, not the way I did it. The thickness of my case that I cut up so that I only have a section of case from just under the camera bump to the bottom of the phone essentially eliminates the "bump" making the camera lay flat. This did work for me and resulted in a continuous charge...

Can you share what specific case you are using that works with the wireless charger in your BS?

I have completed the update. wondering if anyone has experienced this. Hopefully it helps others. instructions say it will restart twice. 1st restart @9 minutes told me some software had successfully downloaded. Took it a minute and the I saw the Updating System Software message come up again...

Thank you for the offer. I FINALLY got it to fully download. I switched FireFox and it failed then switched to MS Edge and it finished. Hallelujah!
