That actually makes sense. With limited supply still, dealers are probably trying to get their hands on as many as possible. They could place a no deposit order every time someone was interested, and try to get more delivered. Ford probably wants deposits to make sure the first models are being...
1) I thought I had a bad experience, but now I feel like one of the lucky ones. $500 deposit 12/31 on a BL now BL package with an 8-12 week eta. No order confirmation email. Nothing from Ford. No further communication until the end of February. They told me it would be here early March and gave...
That’s what I’m concerned about. I can’t find anything online to see if I prequalify, and I don’t want to go in there and have to take their word for it.
Ford’s website has the offer up for $500 cash plus a 0.9% APR on the BS, but it’s impossible to actually find out what the qualifications are. Capitol One doesn’t even have the Bronco Sport on their website yet. Has anyone actually gotten this deal, or is it just a false marketing play by Ford?

Just my 2 cents.
I can’t say with any authority from any marketing experience of my own, but my guess is sales have outpaced expectations, and they don’t want to leave money on the table. A sharp increase though might make more noise than they would like.
Oof! No way. I’m paying what the Ford website says. If they ask a penny more, I’ll walk out. It already includes a big “destination fee”. I’d check a different dealer if you have one nearby.
