  1. Badlands Sport Proves It’s No Little Brother on Hell’s Gate

Modified and took damage. It also took several attempts
  2. Anyone try the Luno Air Mattress?

I have not, but please post pictures when you try it out. I’m looking to see how to set mine up for camping.
  3. Bronco Sport Off-Roading Capabilities

Ok, I took my Badlands off road today. I thought I’d share my impressions so far. Firstly, the video below is unfortunately not of me or my Bronco, however, it is of the exact same hill I had just gone down, across the stream both ways, and back up. Next time I’ll see if I can get some video of...
  4. Bronco Sport Off-Roading Capabilities

I’m sure an escape could do that. /s
  5. Bronco Sport Off-Roading Capabilities

I really love the suspension more and more as I learn about it. So much of it was built with speed in mind rather than crawling. That’s perfect for what I’m down with it. I’ll rarely take it to its limit on technical trails, but I’ll often be driving miles across poorly maintained dirt roads and...
  6. Superlite Rooftop Tent for Bronco Sport

I really wish they made something kind of like this, but not on the ground. Basically a tent attachment that goes on the back of the BS with the hatch open to allow a bit more room and keep bugs and rain out while improving ventilation.
  7. Bronco Sport Off-Roading Capabilities

You answered the OPs question with false information.
  8. Bronco Sport Off-Roading Capabilities

I mean, I’m not gonna argue with you. Call it whatever you want, but all trims of Bronco Sport have a drivetrain that is better for off road than Subaru AWD. All trims also have better off roading suspension than Subaru. Those are just the facts. The Ford (all trims) will also be less likely to...
  9. Bronco Sport Off-Roading Capabilities

I would have to disagree. The 4x4 on the lower trims is still better for off roading than Subaru AWD and the suspension from what I can tell is built with more off roading in mind and will handle high speed bumps a lot better. The approach and departure angles are important for going over...
  10. Bronco Sport Off-Roading Capabilities

Totally forgot to mention that but absolutely! I like an interior that I won’t mind putting dirty or wet camping gear into.
  11. Bronco Sport Off-Roading Capabilities

I think something a lot of people miss when considering off road capability is durability and damage. There BS will only be able to get to a few more places than a Subaru or RAV4 if at all. The difference is it can do it with less damage. A hyundai Tuscon can make it up Hell’s Revenge in Moab...
  12. Superlite Rooftop Tent for Bronco Sport

On the topic of fuel economy. One of the reasons I like this tent is because it’s only 80lb, and I could remove it more easily at home. That way I don’t have to drive around with it full time.
  13. Superlite Rooftop Tent for Bronco Sport

Definitely gotta post updates and pics when you get it. I was looking at the same thing.
  14. Rooftop Tent or Sleeping Inside

Yeah, I saw it had been mentioned before. I’m mainly wondering if Ford has decided it’s a bad idea since they’ve stopped offering it.
  15. Rooftop Tent or Sleeping Inside

Has anyone who has gotten their delivery put a rooftop tent on their Bronco Sport yet? I am considering getting a tent, and I just noticed that it’s no longer an option on the configurator. It was when I first started looking at options. I’m wondering if the roof is too small.
