Before
After
I just took these, the after is my driver side rear which kept falling off, before is passenger rear, after applying the 3m tape, I used some black silicone so dirt wouldn't keep getting stuck on the 3m, note I never got replacement clips
I have found a couple causes of rattling in my bsbb.
1. In some cases the rear seat does not latch properly with the belt getting caught in the latch
2. Heat, I have noticed some of the dash/door plastics rub against each other when warm, fades after air-conditioning has been on
3. Loose clips...
Mostly a hunch, but Cobb, has a good reputation, one only possible by being thorough, and re-writing the code and tune completely MAY be part of their process of being thorough, especially if it is "in the works for this year" as they told you, automakers do like to make little changes between...
I have no proof, but it is possible that modifications have been made between the two year models to optimize the computer, so the majority of the code for the tune could work but for a company like Cobb, they are likely going through all the steps again, just to make sure issues can't come up
