Nice video, very informative! I had a similar set up minus the rooftop tent on my old Outback (wooden sleeping platform, storage for bike gear and cooking supplies underneath, and a mattress topper that fit two people comfortably). I have been wanting to do the same with the bronco sport but...
If I'm not mistaken this exhaust was made for the 2.0L Badlands, not the 1.5L which is why it needed some modifying. Most exhaust systems I've seen for the Bronco Sport need an adapter for the differing trims
I've been eyeing this one since they announced it and really was just waiting to confirm it would fit on the 1.5. I would really like to hear how it sounds, do you have any clips?
A little more expensive option is the Tufskinz letters from Ford. They're raised lettering with 3M adhesive and gives the letters a "3d" effect.

I'm assuming I now have the same issue with the rattling, took it to the dealership and was quoted very high for a new muffler. Wondering if the aftermarket route is the way to go.
Is this the sound you were hearing? I only hear this when idling while it is warming up and usually it goes away...
I love seeing posts like this, I had a 2004 WRX Wagon with an imported EJ205 from Japan. Still the favorite car I have ever owned, I want to get another one some day but they are getting harder to find.
This is no lift, and I'm running 235/65/R17 with no issue. I have also seen several people on this forum running 245s though if you wanted to bump up a size
I upgraded my tires at 34k to Falken Wildpeaks and have not looked back. The stock Continentals that came on mine were almost bald at that point. So far I've put 25k miles on them and they have plenty of tread left.
Take a look at the bracket that I mounted to, I had to flip it upside down, this was the only way to get my handlebars to fit. I also had to drop the seat a bit, and readjust before riding.
I have the interior as well, it's been fantastic so far, keeps the bike safe and out of the weather. This is a Large frame dual suspension for reference.
2021 Big Bend with 56,000 miles, like others I had a bad Battery at 36k, performed the recalls and have not had any other issues so far. Dealer oil changes every 6k miles so there is record in case anything happens.
I currently have a rattle near the rear end at idle, sounds like a heat shield...
Has anyone else come across this? I am in another country right now, and accidentally opened the FordPass app and it says “vehicle is on.” I haven’t started the vehicle nor has anyone been near it (that I know of) and it still has the slide bar to start the vehicle. Is this a glitch?
Also, the...
