The NPS shouldn't be a problem for BS owners because Ford doesn't call it AWD on the BS. It is "clearly advertised" as a 4X4.

Do the 245's bring the tire closer to the edge of the fender, or does it still sit slightly inside the wheel well.

I had my battery fail at about 14,000 miles. It could be jump started, but had weird electrical issues until it was replaced under warranty, and have had no problems since.
