I had the oil in the same spots you have circled in my brand new at the time Dec 21 built 2022 BS OBX. Turned out it was transmission fluid. Believe that item in your last photo is a transmission vent. Though is was concerning at the time, I cleaned out the oil (folded paper towel poked with...
I had a 22 OBX & experienced this as well. Especially in stop/go traffic or parking lots at low speed. it was explained to me that it was the variable cylinder management system dropping one cylinder under low power requirement. It could be eliminated by selecting SPORT mode. That however...
I had my 22 OBX one year & 7200 miles. No issues or problems at all. It was one of, if not the best assembled vehicles I've owned(except for missing pax side under dash insulation panel which dealer placed under warranty). My issue was simply that I didn't like the way the 3cyl shuddered...
I apologize for the delay, since I no longer have my BS/OBX (got another Mustang  ) I didn't see your post.
I got them from Amazon.

Agree, when I did my OBX, I debated whether or not to center in outside grill slot. I did that but think when they are on they are to far apart. Looks good though when off.
if I get another BS, I’ll do them like yours.
My 22 OB felt the same way. I thought it was when the "cyl mgmt" kicked in and determined it did not need all 3 cylinders and dropped back to two, thus the "vibration". Always at low speed and engine load. Drove me absolutely nuts in large parking lots or stop/go traffic. Putting in Sport...
I understand that. My 22 OBX was that way. I know there was no "flat towing" on them, but still if for some reason battery goes dead, it would still be nice to get it out of park to move it around yourself.
I also understand today Ford is in a cut cost where you can, and truth be know very few...
This is NUTS. How much money could this save Ford???
Thank you Mark, glad I stopped by the forum today. Now if I want another BS, ( and have been thinking about it) I'll have to look for not newer than a 22 someone didn't like.
Thanks again for the info. Another item added to the "removed"...
I had Trail Terrains on my 22 OB for 1 - 1.5k miles before I traded it & I liked them. Quiet in expressway, not harsh at all (but firmer than the OEM Michelins). Never off road while I had it. Took away the “squirmy” feeling.
Mine looks like that when SYNC connects to my wireless apple car play device (Slightly different #s as is a different model than yours)
Touch/tap arrow does nothing on mine.
