I’m hoping they will be similar in weight and tread design as the WildPeaks. The WildPeaks are a great tire and I’m disapointed they are going to be going away.
I had an older Escape (2006). They a very similar size. The ride of Sport is much nicer than my Escape. It feels much more solid. I have the basic Badlands. It has cloth seats which I prefer and rubber floors. I bought it while waiting on the building and delivery of my 2 door full size...
That is correct. The front camera in the grill on the First Edition is for slow speeds off road. The camera in the mirror base is for lane centering. The adaptive cruise radar is in a black box in the front bumper.
You basically have three choices. Standard, Deluxe or off road. Sounds like Standard or Deluxe is your direction. Both have the same engine and drive train. The Outer Banks is just fancier as far as appointments compared to the Big Bend.
I swapped my full size spare to an actual size spare and a correct wheel. I offered my full size spare to my brother in law who declined as he said he would never need it. He just calls a tow truck.
Here are the rail numbers. Still looking for the hack to avoid using voice.

You can check with your dealer or contact Ford customer service. Depending on who you get, they may or may not give you the rail car number. There used to be a tracking thread on here but that was three years ago. It had the number and some hints. I just recall it was easier to use the...
These vehicles are definitely in their prime for snow and ice except for the build up on the felt inner fender liners. As far as their road manners, I’d rank my Badlands up with the best. We haven’t had any 12+ snows in the past three years but the 2006 Escape went thru an eighteen and the...
Looks good. How far out do they stick compared to the farthest point out of the door? Having something to prevent door dings would be a great additional bonus but they seem a bit low and not out far enough to help for that.
Welcome to the forum. My 22 Badlands ended up replacing my 2006 Ford Escape. That had a 5 sp as well. The sport was supposed to be an interim vehicle until my 2 door full size showed up but I liked it so much I kept it and got rid of the Escape.
What are the RPM’s doing during this bucking process?
Could be an issue with the stability control/ABS or the tranny searching for the proper gear.
Sorry to hear about your issues with your previous Bronco’s. I bought my Sport while waiting (3 years!) for my full size 2 for. I liked the...
Here’s another Wisconsin beer recently reduced by a few pints! PS: The Spotted Cows are safely corralled in the fridge. Those are the most asked for from those not from the area! I prefer mine a bit more meaty. The Warped Speed is my go to for taste.
