Yep; they did the oil change from the mobile service van as well. I posted another thread on how pleased I am with the service I received about this. Thumbs up for Parks Ford in Gainesville Florida.
I had my 2023 OuterBanks serviced this morning for its oil change (still have free oil changes) and its maintenance checkup.
Parks Ford in Gainesville Fl sent a mobile unit to my work to perform the service. They were excellent, and asked me after the service if I had any concerns or questions...
Why? It is known that some 1.5's had a water pump issue, and that they were under a silent recall, meaning when they fail, the dealer replaces under warrantee. As long as the system is properly flushed, the new upgraded water pump will be fine.
If you get a flat tire, will you also suggest...
And, it needs an oil change. I still have one free oil change from the dealer, but not sure if they do that at the house, so it may need to be scheduled there.
I have the Outer Banks model (lots and lots of bells and whistles), and I do not hear a beep when I place the vehicle in park. I always disable the auto start/stop after I start the vehicle if that matters.
I will say that my Ford dealership in Gainesville Florida has been fantastic in all areas of customer service and recalls (too new to have any repair performed).
They even called us during the holidays to inform us that our 2023 Bronco Sport is due for its maintenance check and will send a tech...
Just not a fan of spacers. If I had any reason to extend my wheels/tires out, I'd look into rims to do that.
Just me and my humble opinion. I saw too many sheared lugs on spacers to risk any chance to obtain coolness.
