Bummer! I also have Titans on two of my vehicles and have used them a lot over the years with no problems. So, I’d suggest contacting them to see if this is a short-term problem. If not, then my next recommendation would be garageline...

From what I can tell, it’s not the whole seat. But, if seats are your most important option, I’d highly recommend you go Heritage or Outer Banks. Both have great seats. Further, once you upgrade the seats with the accompanying package, you are approaching their price range. But, to be honest...
