Could see it having an effect with a horizontal mounted filter. Let's see it in action on a vertical filter.

I approve, for no other reason than the product name is fantastic.
Made me think of oil changes looking like this:

That's the smaller version. Bronco filters are about 3" in diameter so we'd need the bigger version.

That is the first stock I have seen in a while.

I did the change today. I'm still sore from trying to twist the stupid filter off. I don't have a cap wrench and I should really just go get one. No room for a regular filter wrench to operate. I finally got it with the strap wrench.

Some oil slopped out of the cup on the Oil Udder while spinning the filter off. It may have been user error. The sleeve doesn't solve the issue of the filter itself being full to the top with oil. You have to retract it very carefully. I don't see a good way to tip the filter and waiting for it to drain while holding it there would not be fun. Despite slopping onto the tool and a little on the lip of the bumper the rest was clean. I like the tool, but it doesn't solve the issue completely. I'd probably give it a 6.5/10 on this specific vehicle.

Some notes:
I don't use a jack or ramps to change my oil. If the car was 2' up, I could get more control.
Mine is the 2.0. The filter is janky and crammed into the front with very little working clearances. The tool fits ok in the space but doesn't leave much for maneuvering.
This beats using rags to catch drips or sticking something in the way to get runoff.
I will try to use it again, possibly in a year (I don't put a lot of miles down I'm only at 37k). Could be something that is better with experience.

Beating a dead horse. Pardon the pun. But the Ronin drain plug has made my oil changes easy and with no mess. I posted how much I like the Ronin compared to the horrible plug it came with.
