Tried to get some pics of a stock Badlands against one with the FordRangerLifts.com 1.75" Lift and 31" tires.

It proved kind of hard to get good pics that really capture the extent of the changes, but some of these do a good job of showing it all:

Obviously taller - but here is how much. Look at the side mirrors:

Comparative size of the new tires vs. the Pirelli Scorpions, and the top of the fender flair:

The bumpers, taillights, and roof-line show the clear difference:

Rear tires:

The top of the stock Badlands headlight is roughly in the middle of the lifted headlight:

You say “Comparative size of the new tires vs. the Pirelli Scorpions”

Can you please clarify on the new tires?

They are 255/70/R17
I'm guessing you had to do some trimming to fit those.
How's the lift?
I had an OB with HRG 1.5" which was right and tight. All needed hardware and made no noise.
I just traded up to a BL and I'm taking my time looking at which lift would be best. The HRG didn't level the front so that always bothered me. Ford ranger lifts is a possibility but the spacers don't look like their cut to allow the strut top to fit inside. Any insight would be appreciated.

I have a 21 Badlands with the HRG 1.5" lift and was able to put 255/70-17 BFG KO2's on it. No modification and no rubbing.

None at all. Off-road I've had the wheels articulated into the wheelwell many times. and no rubbing.
Love it. Love seeing somebody else go with those tires. There aren't too many of us crazy enough to go there, apparently, but I think they balance out the overall look of the BS very nicely.

Thanks. I've been very impressed with the BS Badlands capabilities off-road.

Love that First Edition, and those tires look great. Yeah - 235/70 should definitely be Ok with no rub. 255/70 not rubbing AND not needing to trim some plastic is surprising.

I was told a 255/65/17 won't fit an OEM BL. Turns out that is false.

Not necessarily. This one has a lift, but stock wheels.
