Hello fellow Bronco lovers.

Yesterday we removed the stock wheels from our Outer Banks and replaced with BFGoodrich KO2 235/65/17 and RWC rims. The transformation was unbelievable and really this is the way they should come out of the factory. If you are searching for new rims and were told there are no after market rims available, like we were, well there are many. I searched for wheel size and not for particular vehicle.

The rims specs for the Bronco Sport Outer Banks are as follows:
Center hub 63.4
Bolt pattern 5x108mm same as 5x 4.25
Offset 37.5 to 50

I chose a 40 offset because we did not want to stray far from the factory offset of 37.5.

We had zero issues of rubbing with the wider tire and they were installed at reputable tire center and they actually said the replacement was extremely easy.

As for the KO2's there is a slight hum from the road noise in the cabin, well worth it for the look. We have not test off road yet but speaking with all my pals that have them, they absolutely love them.

We have also added the Ford accessory cross bars (if you have Base, Big Bend or Outer Banks do not order "off road" version they will not fit) and a Thule basket. Next is the Rough County 1.5in leveling kit.

New tires and wheels just put the BS over the top. I donā€™t know what you have seen about the RC lift kit but the reports of poor build quality convinced me to hold outā€¦

Looks great! That center bore number is correct? Reason I ask is I have seen spacers that are 63.3 or 64.4.

I was thinking that 18s would be expensive for snows when I need them. Thanks for the research.

Thanks for all the info, His&Hers. Very well done before & after pix! Are you getting any noise to speak of from the Thule basket? Thanks much, Eddie W.

There is definitely a wind noise associated with it and much more noticeable when the sunroof is open. We just turn up the B&O louder!!!

I was going to do the same to my outer banks but decided to sell it back to dealer for $2500 more than I paid then buy a fe with falken wildpeak tires already on. I agree the more aggressive tires plus lift changes everything

Have you seen the 2ā€ lift kit being sold by forum member @FordBroncoLifts
they are of much better quality than RC. I will be having one installed in mid July.
Robbie if you see this can you let me know if my lift kit is in production yet ?
